- Congressional interests
Individuals may submit a complaint or advisory report per Depot Order 7510.4B, to the depot inspector’s “hotline” program using the hotline complaint form, which can be submitted via mail or FAX. If you wish to email the form please print out the document, fill out the information needed, then scan the document. The email address for this document is PARR_SMB_MCRDPI_IG_ERR@usmc.mil
The hotline complaint program should be considered as a last resort after exhausting all other possible options. If you have determined the issue is appropriate for an inspector general investigation, gather the information you will need to submit your complaint.
