Command Inspector

The command inspector implements a commanding general inspection program to promote efficiency, economy, mission performance and to provide subordinate commanders with a tool to assess their organizational strengths and weaknesses.

The duties of the command inspector are:

  • Inspector general investigations
  • Request mast
  • Union grievances
  • Hotline complaints
  • Armed Forces Disciplinary Control Board
  • Off limits establishments
  • Congressional interests

Individuals may submit a complaint or advisory report per Depot Order 7510.4B, to the depot inspector’s “hotline” program using the hotline complaint form, which can be submitted via mail or FAX. If you wish to email the form please print out the document, fill out the information needed, then scan the document. The email address for this document is PARR_SMB_MCRDPI_IG_ERR@usmc.mil

The hotline complaint program should be considered as a last resort after exhausting all other possible options. If you have determined the issue is appropriate for an inspector general investigation, gather the information you will need to submit your complaint. Remember, the more detailed information you provide the better we can assist you.
