All requests from members of the civilian news or entertainment media* must first be submitted to the Communication Strategy and Operations office.

(*print and video reporters, photojournalists, documentarians, authors, producers, bloggers, radio DJs, freelancers, etc.)

This includes requests for base access, interviews with personnel or specific information about Parris Island.

All base access requests must be coordinated in advance of arrival. While on Parris Island, all coordinated media will be escorted by Communication Strategy and Operations staff.
