Recruit Adjustment and Motivation Program
Marines from the Recruit Adjustment and Motivation Program (R.A.M.P.) share their purpose for joining the United States Marine Corps, their struggles throughout Recruit Training, and motivation for other recruits who may be entering the program on Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, S.C. R.A.M.P. is used to remotivate or provide a sense of direction to recruits who appear to be able to overcome the challenges of recruit training, but are experiencing either self-doubt, a lack of motivation, or are falling behind their peers. The Company First Sergeant conducts R.A.M.P. with the support of the senior leaders of the battalion. (U.S. Marine Corps video by Cpl Zachary Foshee)

Hotel Company - Incentive Training
Discipline, one of the hallmarks of a Marine, is a trait instilled early and often in training, and the recruits of Hotel Company, 2nd Recruit Training Battalion, learned it comes in many forms March 5, 2014, on Parris Island, S.C. Along with training in close-order drill, which instills discipline by teaching instant, willing obedience to orders, minor disciplinary infractions are corrected with incentive training. Hotel Company is scheduled to graduate May 9, 2014. Available in High Definition.
