The testing will be conducted between the hours of 7 AM to 5 PM each day. This testing will require venting of excess steam which will likely result in noise that will be noticeable by members of the community. The test will not include venting overnight. The plant operators will take actions within the plant to mitigate as much additional noise as possible and still conduct the required testing. This testing is part of the protocol for bringing the plant on-line.
