The U.S. Army's Charlie Company, 51st Expeditionary Signal Battalion from Fort Lewis, Wash., will be conducting a field training exercise at Elliot's Beach on Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, S.C., from Feb. 28 - March 8.

During this time access will be closed to all pedestrians and non-official vehicles.
