On Friday April 25, Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island will hold a Relief and Appointment Ceremony for the sergeant major of Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island and the Eastern Recruiting Region.

Sgt. Maj. Sael Garcia will relinquish his post to Sgt. Maj. Paul Forde at the All Weather Training Facility aboard the base at 2 p.m.
