Recruit Training Regiment will conduct a naturalization and graduation ceremony for Golf and Oscar Companies scheduled for 1 p.m. on Friday, Oct 14 at the Peatross Parade Deck.

Normal family day activities that occur on Wednesday and Thursday have been cancelled to include briefs and tours conducted on Wednesday and the motivation run and family day to include new Marine liberty on Thursday.

Guests will not be authorized access to Parris Island until Friday, Oct 14 at 8 a.m. Graduation has been adjusted from the original 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. to afford guests time to travel to Parris Island.

The county of Beaufort continues to recover from Hurricane Matthew. Guests who have previously arranged lodging within the local area are strongly encouraged to contact those establishments to confirm their accommodations.

Guests who are going to make lodging arrangements are encouraged to make those arrangements outside of the affected area.
