Rct. Sebastian Castro Gomez, an 18-year-old native of San Juan, Puerto Rico, of Platoon 3072, Lima Company, 3rd Recruit Training Battalion, low crawls between obstacles during Basic Warrior Training on Parris Island on Sept. 14, 2012. The recruits pressed their heads into the sand as they advanced to make themselves smaller targets as they maneuvered toward their objective.
