The Marine Corps is committed to maintaining a culture of dignity, care, and respect in which all members of the organization are afforded equal treatment and opportunity to achieve their full potential based solely upon individual merit, fitness, intellect, and ability. All Marines will ensure that we cultivate an environment free from prohibited activities and conduct. An environment free from PAC is critical to mission accomplishment, unit cohesion, and military readiness.
EOAs are civilian or staff non-commissioned officers who serve as special staff officers and provide assistance, information, and support to Commanding Generals, Commanders, Command Teams, and Service members on matters pertaining to Prohibited Activities and Conduct, as covered by MCO 5354.1G
EOAs manage the PAC complaint reporting process, serve as Command Climate Assessment administrators, facilitate focus groups, provide training, and coordinate directly with Equal Opportunity Coordinators (EOCs) at the unit level.
